now in place. The picturesque site will accommodate 10 four-bedroomed houses and is due for completion in October this year. Andy Churchill, Managing Director of Earl and Pelham, said: “It’s great to see the whole project team come together to celebrate the start of this exciting scheme. This joint venture partnership will bring high quality bespoke developments to Nottingham and the wider area.Nick Banks, Operations Director for the building business unit of Huthwaite-headquartered nmcn said: “The ceremony marks the start of our partnership with the Earl and Pelham team – the first strategic partnership of its kind for our building division. This is a unique site in a fabulous location and we look forward to showcasing the properties.” The houses are available to purchase off plan now with Robin Estates of Nottingham.
