Following a series of new contract wins, we’re recruiting for 40 new roles in North West, Yorkshire and East Midlands.
Job roles include management, supervision (Civils & Cable), Surveying and Coordinators (NRSWA & Scheduling) opportunities as well as administrative and commercial support (Quantity Surveyors) following our contract wins with CityFibre and Openreach.
The recruitment drives comes as we are become one of the UK’s fastest growing telecoms contractors. Our new recruits will play a key part in supporting the Government’s plan for nationwide coverage of ultrafast Full Fibre broadband by 2025 by bringing it to millions of homes and businesses across the UK.
New recruits will be involved in a wide range of business activities and will be given the option to partake in additional training to improve qualifications and expand technical knowledge.
John Maloney, Managing Director of Telecoms at nmcn, said: “We’re delighted to be able to offer these opportunities which will assist us in supporting the Government’s ambitions.
“In order to support these prestigious contracts, we’ll be rolling out bespoke training to support the programme of works, supplementing our existing skilled workforce in order to deliver this vital digital infrastructure. nmcn prides itself on providing clear career paths for individuals looking for progression into senior management roles so they are incredible opportunities for ambitious people.
“The need for reliable and fast broadband speeds has never been greater. Over the past year, we have seen how important it is to have online connectivity, whether it’s to support home working, access digital services such as health and education or to simply to keep in touch with family and friends.”
