This festive season, as part of our Positive Impact Plan and our commitment to support our communities, we decided to host a competition with three chances to win a hamper full of Christmas goodies, whilst supporting our corporate charity partner, Mind.
To support Mind, we asked you to download and print our nmcn and Mind charity bauble, and colour and decorate it with the theme: “my Christmas Wish for 2021”! Illustrating what you were most looking forward to for the year ahead.
Following the deadline, we began sorting through your wonderful submissions. Thank you to each and every entrant – we’ve enjoyed seeing your wishes for 2021!
We are pleased to announce that the winners of the nmcn “My Christmas Wish” Bauble Competition are:
1. Most creative – Eva
7 year-old Eva’s Christmas wish is to be able to see her best friend and be able to play in the snow with her again. Eva impressed judges as she used a plastic covering around the bauble, and filled it with glitter to give her bauble a snow-globe effect.
2. Best theme – James
4 year-old James’ Christmas wish is to see his Dad again next year. COVID-19 has stopped the family being able to see each other due to the travel restrictions, and he can’t wait for them all to be united once again.
3. Wildcard – Max
8 year-old Max loves everything elf and is hoping for a covid free 2021 as illustrated in his Christmas wish entry!
Our three winners will each receive a hamper full of goodies, including family games, sweets and treats. A huge well done and thank you for sharing your “Christmas wish for 2021” with us!
Thanks to everyone who entered and helped spread some festive cheer during these difficult times! Keep an eye out across our social media channels for future competitions.
