Board update announcement

25th September 2020

The Board announces today that John Homer, Group CEO has stepped down with immediate effect. Robert Moyle, Group Chairman has been appointed acting CEO until a permanent replacement is in post.

Ian Elliott will assume the role of Chairman while Robert is acting CEO. The search for a new CEO will commence immediately.

Ian Elliott, Acting Chairman commented: “We are fortunate in having someone of Robert’s experience and knowledge of the business to step into the role with immediate effect. I am confident that our teams will support Robert during this period of transition.”
